Designing an event experience that brings everyone together

Bringing people together to enjoy a company-wide social experience is a top priority for Musgraves. This is especially the case when celebrating another great year for the industry giant. When it came time to build an event app, Supply chain Manager Jonathan Howlett and his team came to us with a requirement for an event application that could register, communicate with and provide a ticketing service to over 1000 employees.

Having run this event with the Musgrave team for a number of years - we knew the importance of improving the functionality and ease of use to the event manager while offering the attendee a user-friendly, one step process. With this in mind, we knew that we needed to build a service that would allow the client real-time event information and allow them to quantify engagement, identify guest requirements, analyze feedback and measure real-time attendee numbers to report back to senior management.

Our digital solution ensured an easy to use and 100% secure registration process which importantly could integrate with ease into Musgrave I.T infrastructure. This improved communication, reduced event staffing and management hours and improved ticket redemption and through self check-in and bulk ticketing functionality.
